摘要：目的:建立黄柏胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定盐酸小檗碱的含量.结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.05～0.5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为96.9%,RSD=1.43%(n=5).结论:本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于黄柏胶囊的质量控制.
Objective：To establish the method detenninating content of berberine hydroehloride in Huangbai Capsule. Methods： Determinate the content of berberine hydrochloride by high-performance liquid chromatography. Results：Berberine hydrochloride show a good relationship in a range from 0.05 to 0.5 ixg（ r =0.9998）. The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride in Huanghai Capsule was 96.9 percent and RSD was 1.43 percent（n = 5）.
