摘要:目的:研究甘肃不同产地党参中党参炔苷的含量变化,探讨党参炔苷成分在党参质量评价方面的可控性,建立有效部位在中药质量控制方面的实用性。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Zorbax-Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(20∶80);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:5μL。结果:高效液相色谱法对甘肃不同产地党参中党参炔苷含量检测灵敏,精确度高,具有一定的实用性,测定结果表明,不同产地党参样品党参炔苷含量在0.015 4~0.454 1μg/μL,平均为0.231 25μg/μL。结论:该结果为甘肃不同产地党参品种选育、适宜环境的选择、品质调控措施和优质高效栽培技术提供了科学依据,并为甘肃产党参的规模化、产业化发展提供了技术支撑。
Objective: To study the content of lobetyolin in CodOnopsis Radix from different habitats in Gansu Province, explorethe controllability Of quality evaluation, and establish the practicality of effective parts in quality control of traditional Chinesemedicine. Methods: HPLC cotumn was Zorbax-Eclipse XDB-C18 Colurrm (250 mm-4.6 mm, 5μm); mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (20:80) (flow rate of 1.0 ml_/min); detection wavelength 270 nm; column temperature 25 ℃; injection volume 5 μL. Results:lbetyolin content of Codonopsis Radix from different habitats was 0,015 4.--0.454 1 μg/p,L with average of 0.231 25 μg/μL. HPLCmethod present high accuracy, sensitivity and a certain practicality in lobetyolin content detection in Codonopsis Radix in GansuProvince. Conclusion: The results can provide scientific basis and technical support for Codonopsis Radix breeding, selecting theappropriate environment, quality control measures to efficient eultivation techniques, scale production and industrial development.
