摘要：羌活味辛苦,性微温,无毒,归肾、膀胱经,有解表散寒、祛风胜湿、止痛之功效,主治风寒湿痹、腰膝酸软、手脚挛痛以及头疼、齿痛,为治风湿痹痛之主药。现代药理研究表明,从羌活中分离出的紫花前胡苷为镇痛抗炎的有效单体化合物,羌活水提物抗哮喘、抗心律失常,醇提物抗溃疡,而两者均能抗腹泻。此外,羌活还具有抗急性心肌缺血、抑制血小板聚集、抗血栓等作用。在中医药理论的指导下结合现代药理学研究,对羌活的药理作用进行综述。
Notopterygium incisum is the main medicine for treating rheumatic arthralgia with the efficacy of relieving cold,dispelling wind and relieving pain,treating anemofrigid-damp arthralgia,soreness and weakness of waist and knees low back and knee soft,headache,toothache and so on.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that nodakenin isolated from Notopterygium incisum is an effective monomer for analgesia and anti-inflammatory.The aqueous extract of Notopterygium incisum can antiasthma and antiarrhythmia,and alcohol extracts are resistant to ulcers.But both can resist diarrhoea.In addition,Notopterygium incisum has the effects of resisting acute myocardial ischemia,inhibiting platelet aggregation and antithrombus.Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with modern pharmacological research,pharmacological action is summarized as follows.
