摘要:目的:为了探究分析甘肃省牛蒡子适宜的生态环境,明确其适宜生长的区域。方法:本研究结合第四次中药材资源普查,对全省47个县区收集到的270个牛蒡子样本通过最大熵模型(MaxEnt)和地理信息系统(ArcGIS)相结合进行建模分析,预测牛蒡子在甘肃省的生态适宜性分布范围。结果:牛蒡生长过程中,在3、4和5月需较大的降水量以维持正常的生长发育,同时12月需要较多水分维持休眠期的生命活动,适宜其生长的海拔范围为2000 m~2600 m,牛蒡抗逆性较差,适宜其生长的年平均温度为5℃~12℃、土壤酸碱度范围为这pH 6~8,甘肃北部,西北部降水减少,温度变化较大,且有些地区主要为盐碱地,不利于牛蒡生长,嘉峪关市、金昌市、白银市、酒泉市、酒泉市、张掖市、武威市、陇南市、庆阳市、甘南藏族自治州等地区降雨少、海拔较高的地区不一定适宜生长牛蒡,兰州市、金昌市、白银市、天水市、张掖市、武威市、定西市、陇南市、平凉市、临夏回族自治州、甘南藏族自治州等地区降雨多、海拔较低的地区都是牛蒡最为适宜生长的地区。结论:本研究的结果与实地考察的结果相符合,为甘肃省牛蒡的适宜性区划预测提供科学依据。
Objective:To explore and analyze the suitable ecological environment of Arctiumlappa in Gansu Province and clarify the suitable area for its growth.Methods:Combined with the fourth general survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,270 A.lappa samples collected from 47 counties in the province were modeled and analyzed through the combination of maximum entropy model MaxEnt and geographic information system ArcGIS to predict the ecological suitability distribution range of A.lappa in Gansu Province.Results:In the growth process of A.lappa,a large amount of precipitation was needed in March,April and May to maintain normal growth and development.At the same time,more water was needed in December to maintain the life activities during dormancy.The suitable altitude range for its growth was 2000 m~2600 m.A.lappa had poor stress resistance.The annual average temperature suitable for its growth was 5~12℃,and the soil pH range was 6~8.In northern Gansu,In the northwest,the precipitation decreases and the temperature changes greatly,and some areas are mainly saline alkali land,which is not conducive to the growth of A.lappa.In Jiayuguan City,Jinchang City,Baiyin City,Jiuquan City,Jiuquan City,Zhangye City,Wuwei City,Longnan City,Qingyang City,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and other areas with less rainfall and higher altitude,A.lappa is not necessarily suitable for the growth of A.lappa.Lanzhou City,Jinchang City,Baiyin City Tianshui City,Zhangye City,Wuwei City,Dingxi City,Longnan City,Pingliang City,LinxiaHui Autonomous Prefecture,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and other areas with high rainfall and low altitude are the most suitable areas for A.lappa growth.Conclusion:The results of this study are consistent with the results of field investigation,which provides a scientific basis for the suitability zoning prediction of burdock in Gansu Province.
