摘要:目的:观察温通针法对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量的影响,探讨温通针法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机理。方法:将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为针刺组、药物组、模型组、空白组4组,每组15只。采用25%消痔灵注射液0.2 mL(每单侧叶注射0.1 mL)注入前列腺背侧叶的造模方法,造成CNBP的动物模型。针刺组采用温通针法治疗,药物组予前列康灌胃,均每日治疗1次,共30次,并观察各组大鼠血清中IL-2、IL-6的含量变化情况。结果:针刺组较药物组能明显降低大鼠血清中IL-2及IL-6水平(P<0.05)。结论:温通针法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的机理与降低IL-2、IL-6含量,调节机体免疫功能有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of warm-promotion needling in treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(CNBP) by observing the effects of warm- promotion needling on the contents of IL-2 and IL-6 of rats with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods: All 60 rats were randomized into the acupuncture group, the medicine group, the model group and the blank group, 15 rats each group. CNBP animal model was established by giving 25% XiaoZhiLing injection, 0.2 mL (each dorsal lobe, 0.1 mL) to dorsal lobe of the prostate. The acupuncture group re- ceived warm-promotion needling, the medicine group accepted gastric administration of QiartLieKang, once each day, for 30 days, the contents of IL-2 and IL-6 of rats in each group were observed. Results: The levels of IL-2 and IL-6 of rats in the acupuncture group were decreased more significantly than these of the medicine group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The mechanism of warm-promotion needling in treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis might be related to regulating the immunity of the body, decreasing the contents of IL-2 and IL-6.
