摘要：目的:观察抑郁症睡眠障碍患者中医辨证施护的临床效果。方法:将抑郁症睡眠障碍患者160例随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组患者予常规治疗及护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中医辨证施护,分别于治疗护理前、治疗护理后1周、3周、5周运用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)对患者的心理状态和睡眠质量进行测评;3个月追踪调查长期疗效,复查匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI),比较2组患者治疗护理效果。结果:观察组患者效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护有助于提高抑郁症睡眠障碍患者的疗效及预后。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of syndrome differentiation and care for depression patients with sleep disorder. Methods： All 160 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 80 cases each group. The patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing, the patients in the observation group accepted syndrome differentiation and care on the foundation of the control group received, psychological state and sleep quality of the patients were detected with SDS and PSQI before treating and nursing, in one week, three weeks and five weeks after treating and nursing; long-term effects were investigated and followed in three months, PSQI was checked again, to compared therapeutic and nursing effects of the patients in both groups. Results： The observation group was higher than the control group notably in the effects （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Syndrome differentiation and care are helpful to improve clinical effects and the prognosis of depression patients with sleep disorder.
