摘要:目的比较不同干燥工艺对红芪多糖含量的影响,为建立红芪药材的最佳干燥工艺提供依据。方法采用晒干、阴干、电热鼓风干燥、微波、真空冷冻、真空干燥等六种不同的干燥方法对红芪进行干燥,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量。结果不同干燥工艺下红芪多糖含量有明显差异。其中微波干燥低温二层多糖含量最高为22.72%,其次为烘箱55℃一层17.82%,阴干17.32%,真空15.01%,冷冻12.00%,晒干11.55%。结论不同干燥方法对红芪中红芪多糖的含量有一定的影响,其中红芪微波低温二层干燥品中红芪多糖的含量最高,干燥效果较好。
Objective The effects of different drying techniques on the content of polysaccharides of Hongqi were compared to provide the basis for establishing the best drying technology of Hedysari Radix.Methods Six different drying methods,such as drying,electro thermal blast drying,microwave,vacuum freezing and vacuum drying,were used to dry Hedysari Radix,and the content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results There were obvious differences in the content of polysaccharide in different drying processes.Among them,the content of two layers of polysaccharides at low temperature at low temperature was 22.72%,followed by oven 55,17.82%,dry 17.32%,vacuum 15.01%,freezing 12%,11.55%.Conclusion Different drying methods had a certain effect on the content of polysaccharides in Hedysari Radix,in which the content of polysaccharides was the highest and the drying effect was better in the second layer of microwave drying of Hedysari Radix.
