摘要:针对传统中药化学实验教学中存在的不足,提出增设中药化学设计性实验项目以及将线上、线下混合式教学模式运用于设计性实验教学中的教改思路。以“槐米中芦丁的提取与分离”实验为例,从教学设计与实施、考核评价标准及教学效果评价等方面介绍线上、线下混合式教学模式在中药化学设计性实验教学中的实施过程及实施效果。此教学模式可使学生积极参与实验设计,在教师的指导下制定出合理的实验方案并开展实验,实验效果良好。线上、线下混合式教学模式在中药化学设计性实验教学中的应用能够有效地提高学生的自主学习能力和创新意识,但也对教师提出了更高的要求,教师应树立“以学生为中心”的理念,不断提高自身的教学水平和能力。
In view of the deficiencies existing in the experimental teaching of traditional Chinese medicine chemistry,this paper proposed the idea of putting on designed experimental projects of this course and applying the online and offline blended teaching mode to designed experimental teaching.Taking the experiment of“extraction and separation of Rutin from Sophora japonica”as an example,this paper introduces the implementation process and effectiveness of online and offline blended teaching mode in the designed experimental teaching of Chinese medicine chemistry from the aspects of teaching design and implementation,assessment and evaluation standards,and teaching effectiveness evaluation and so on.This teaching mode can enable students to actively participate in experimental design,formulate reasonable experimental plans under the guidance of teachers,and carry out experiments with good results.The application of online and offline blended teaching model in the designed experimental teaching of Chinese medicine chemistry can effectively improve students’self-learning ability and innovation awareness,but it also puts forward more requirements for teachers.Teachers should establish the concept of“student-centered”and continuously improve their teaching level and ability.
