摘要：武权生教授认为脾、肾二脏与卵巢储备功能下降疾病的发生关系密切,提出该病病机特点为精血亏虚、湿瘀,强调从脾肾论治,运用补肾健脾方及四逆散辨证加减治疗,可延缓疾病的发生与发展,并附以从脾肾治疗卵巢储备功能下降案例,以期为临床提供参考。
Professor Wu Quansheng holds that the spleen and kidney are closely related to the pathogenesis of ovarian reserve func- tion. and proposes that the pathogenesis characteristics of the disease are deficiency of essence and blood of the kidney and damp or stasis . So in order to delay the occurrence and development of the disease, He emphasizes that we should treat it with TCM from the aspects of spleen and kidney by clinical case, hoping to provide clinical reference.
