摘要:目的研究喷施不同水平钙对生长期红芪生物量及成分累积规律的影响,分析钙对红芪药材产量及品质的影响。方法在大田试验基础上,以硝酸钙为钙源,设计空白组(CK)及9.0g/m^(2)、4.5g/m^(2)、1.0g/m^(2)三个钙水平,测定红芪药材干物质积累量、7种无机元素含量、4种异黄酮类成分含量。结果与空白组组相比,高中水平钙可促进生长期红芪无机元素的积累,提高红芪药材中4种异黄酮类成分含量。结论红芪栽培过程外源喷施一定水平的钙可促进药材地下部分生长发育,提高无机元素及异黄酮成分含量。
Objective To study the effect of different levels of calcium spray on inorganic elements accumulation of Hedysari Radix in growing period,and analyze the effect of calcium on the yield and quality of Hedysari Radix.Methods Based on the field experiment,with calcium nitrate as the calcium source,blank group(CK)and three calcium levels of 9.0g/m^(2),4.5g/m^(2)and 1.0g/m^(2)were designed to determine the dry matter accumulation,contents of 7 inorganic elements and contents of 4 isoflavones of Hedysari Radix.Results Compared with blank group,high and medium levels of calcium could promote the accumulation of inorganic elements of Hedysari Radix during growth period,and increase the contents of four Isoflavones in Hedysari Radix.Conclusion During the cultivation process of Hedysari Radix,exogenous calcium spraying at a certain level could promote the growth and development of underground parts of Hedysari Radix and increase the contents of inorganic elements and isoflavones.
