摘要:干燥综合征(Sj?gren's Syndrome,SS)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,以免疫细胞浸润,唾液腺和泪腺进行性损伤为主要特征,除了影响泪腺和唾液腺,导致眼睛干涩和口干症状外,还会累及人体心、肺、肾和中枢神经、血液等多个系统。SS在祖国医学属于“燥痹”“瘀毒”“虚劳”等的范畴,其病机为阴虚为本,燥热为标,燥热行于血中,灼血成瘀,虚、瘀、毒交结为患,虚实夹杂,缠绵难愈。目前众多医家从虚、瘀、毒病机理论出发论治该病,取得了较好的临床疗效。核转录因子(nuclear transccription factor kappa B,NF-κB)是重要的诱导性转录因子,普遍存在于真核生物的细胞中。NF-κB信号通路通过调控细胞核内相应靶基因的转录或表达,参与细胞的生长、增殖、分化及凋亡等多个环节。目前随着研究的进一步深入,发现其与本病具有较大的关联性,NF-κB信号通路转导过程中所涉及的细胞因子在SS的病理演变过程中发挥了重要作用。文章拟从虚、毒、瘀病机理论出发,进一步探讨NF-κB与SS的相关性,以期为该病的实验研究及临床进展提供理论依据。
Sjogren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized byimmune cell infiltration and progressive injury of salivary gland and lacrimal gland.In addition to affecting lacrimal gland and salivary gland,resulting in dry eyes and dry mouth,it also involves human heart,lung,kidney,centralnervous system,blood and other systems.SS belongs to the category of"Zao-bi"and"Xu-lao"in traditional Chinese medicine,The pathogenesis is mainly Yin deficiency,Dryness and heat are secondary,Dry heatruns in the blood andburns the blood into blood stasis.The combination of deficiency,blood stasis and po-ison makes the disease mixed with deficiency and reality,lingering and difficult to heal.At present,many doctors treat this disease from the pathogenesis theory of“xu du and yu”,and have achieved good clinical curative effect.Nuclear transcription factor kappa B exists in eukaryotic cells and is an important inducible transcription factor.NF-κB signaling pathway participates in cell growth,proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis by regulating the transcriptio or e-xpression of corresponding target genes in the nucleus.With the further research,it is found that it has a great correlation with the disease.Related cytokine-s of NF-κB signal pathway transduction process play an important role in the pathological evolution of SS.Based on the pathogenesis theory of“xu du and yu”,tofurther explore the correlation between NF-κB and SS in order to provide theoretical basis for the experimental research and clinical effectiveness of the disease.
