摘要:分析栽培和野生当归的红外谱图,寻找栽培和野生当归的红外原谱和二阶导数谱的谱图特征。利用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱并结合二阶导数谱分析栽培和野生当归的红外原谱和二阶导数谱,提取红外谱图特征。结果表明,栽培和野生当归红外原谱和二阶导数谱特征明显。一维谱图在1 500 cm^-1800 cm^-1波长的"指纹区"区别明显,二阶导数谱中,1 369 cm^-1、1 238 cm^-1、1 332 cm^-1、1 162 cm^-1、1 078 cm^-1、985 cm^-1、914 cm^-1、867 cm^-1、846 cm^-1处的吸收峰经二阶导数后强度增加,特征性更加明显。说明该方法可以高效、简便、准确地鉴别栽培当归和野生当归。
Analyzing the infrared spectroscopy and second derivative IR spectroscopy of cultivated and wild Angelica sinensis,and the infrared characteristics of them can be found. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) combined with the second derivative IR spectroscopy was used to analyze infrared spectroscopy and second derivative IR spectroscopy of the cultivated and wild Angelica sinensis, and the infrared characteristics were extracted. The results showed that the characteristics of the infrared spectroscopy and second derivative IR spectroscopy of cultivated and wild Angelica sinensis were obvious. The infrared Spectroscopy are obviously different in the "fingerprint region"of 1 500 cm^-1~800 cm^-1. In second derivative IR spectroscopy,the strength of peaks at 1 369 cm^-1,1 238 cm^-1,1 332 cm^-1,1 162 cm^-1,1 078 cm^-1,985 cm^-1,914 cm^-1,867 cm^-1,846 cm^-1 enhances,and the mark becomes more obviously. The results showed that the method can be applied to identifying cultivated and wild Angelica sinensi,efficiently,simply and accurately.
