摘要：Thomas W.Myers以标准西医解剖学为基础,在其筋膜学专著《解剖列车(ANATOMY TRAINS)》中系统阐述了肌筋膜链理论和人体结构中最常见的12条肌筋膜经线在徒手与动作治疗中的指导作用。近年来,该理论逐渐成为国内外运动康复、软组织损伤、疼痛等领域的研究新热点。作者梳理相关文献,对肌筋膜链理论及其相关疗法在临床中的应用进行综述,以期为肌筋膜相关疾病的诊疗提供新的思路和手段。
Based on standard Western medical anatomy,Thomas W.Myers systematically expounded the myofascial chain theory and the guiding role of the 12 most common myofascial meridians in human structure in manual and action therapy in his fasciology monograph“ANATOMY TRAINS”.In recent years,this theory has gradually become a new research hotspot in the fields of sports rehabilitation,soft tissue injury,pain,etc.at home and abroad.The author combed through the relevant literature and reviewed the application of myofascial chain theory and its related therapies in clinical practice,in order to provide new ideas and means for the diagnosis and treatment of myofascial related diseases.
