摘要：目的观察温阳利水汤联合西医治疗脾肾阳虚型原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例脾肾阳虚型原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予常规西医标准治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用温阳利水汤治疗。2组均治疗8周后统计中医证候疗效和综合疗效,并观察2组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h TP)、血浆白蛋白(Alb)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平及中医证候积分情况。结果中医证候疗效:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率73.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。综合疗效:治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后24 h TP、Alb、TC、TG及中医证候积分均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳利水汤联合西医治疗脾肾阳虚型原发性肾病综合征临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Wenyang-lishui decoction combined with western medicine on the treatment of primary nephritic syndrome with yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney type. Methods 60 primary nephritic syndrome patients with yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney type were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group were treated by routine western medicine standard treatment,and 30 cases in the treatment group were treated by Wenyang-lishui decoction on the basis of the control group. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) syndrome and the comprehensive effect were evaluated after treatment 8 weeks in two groups,and the 24 h urinary protein quantification( 24 h UPQ),plasma albumin( ALB),total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG) and the scores of TCM syndrome before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the effect of TCM syndrome in treatment group( 93. 3%) was higher than that in control group( 73. 3%,P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the comprehensive effect in treatment group( 90. 0%) was higher than that in control group( 66. 7%,P < 0. 05). The 24 h UPQ,ALB,TC,TG and the scores of TCM syndrome after treatment were improved in two groups( P < 0. 05),and the improvements in treatment group was superior to that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Wenyang-lishui decoction combined with western medicine has exact effects on the treatment of primary nephritic syndrome with yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney type.
