摘要:目的 探讨智能机器人互动巡回式健康教育在食管癌患者围术期中的临床应用。方法 选择2021年10月—2022年4月收治的34例患者作为对照组,2022年5—10月收治的36例患者作为观察组。对照组采用传统健康教育模式,观察组在传统健康教育基础上采用智能机器人互动巡回式健康教育。比较两组患者对围术期健康教育知识的知晓情况、患者满意程度、护理人员健康教育所用时间。结果 观察组患者健康教育完全知晓情况优于对照组,对健康教育满意程度高于对照组,护士健康教育所用时间少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 智能机器人互动巡回式健康教育应用于食管癌患者围术期,能帮助患者获取更多的健康教育知识,提高患者满意程度及机器人的临床使用率,充分发挥机器人在健康教育中的作用。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of intelligent robot interactive tour health education in perioperative period of esophageal cancer patients.Methods To select 34 patients admitted from October 2021 to April 2022 as the control group,and 36 patients admitted from May to October 2022 as the observation group.The observation group adopts traditional health education mode,while the observation group adopts intelligent robot interactive itinerant health education based on traditional health education.The awareness of perioperative health education knowledge,patient satisfaction,and the time spent on health education by nursing staff were compared between two groups of patients.Results The complete awareness of patients in the observation group with health education was better than that of the control group,satisfaction level of patients in the observation group with health education was higher than that of the control group,and the time spent on health education by nurses was less than that of the control group, the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of intelligent robot interactive itinerant health education in the perioperativeperiod of esophageal cancer patients can help patients acquire more health education knowledge, improve patient satisfactionand clinical utilization rate of robots, and fully leverage the role of robots in health education.
