摘要：消化系统疾病是指病变部位涉及脾、胃、肝、胆等脏器的一类疾病。汪龙德主任医师临证发现,经方治疗此类疾病特色鲜明,效如桴鼓。《黄帝内经》和《伤寒杂病论》中多处体现顾护中焦的思想,脾胃肝胆同居中焦,相生相克,共畅枢机,其致病特点具有共通性,治疗上宜整体论治,共同调节。文章从脾胃系疾病(胃痞、胃脘痛)和肝胆系疾病(黄疸、臌胀)为例,取法仲景,活用经方,从而阐述经方善治消化系统疾病的学术特点,以期指导临床。
Digestive system diseases refer to diseases involving the spleen, stomach, liver, gallbladder and other organs. Chief Physician WANG Longde has clinically discovered that the classic prescriptions for treating this type of disease have distinct characteristics and are as effective as a drumstick. The “Huangdi Neijing” and “Treatise on Fe-brile and Miscellaneous Diseases” reflect the idea of caring for the middle burner in many places. The spleen, stomach, liver and gallbladder co-locate in the middle burner, mutually reinforcing and restraining each other, and cooperat-ing with the cardinal system. Their pathogenic characteristics are common, and treatment should be based on a holistic approach. adjust. This article takes diseases of the spleen and stomach (stomach, epigastric pain) and hepatobiliary diseases (jaundice, bloating) as examples, takes the method Zhongjing, and makes use of classic prescriptions, thereby expounding the academic characteristics of classic prescriptions in treating digestive system diseases, with a view to guiding clinical practice.
