摘要：目的 :探讨归芪胶囊对家兔心肌缺血—再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :以冠状动脉前降支结扎法进行动物造模 ,以家兔血清中MDA、Ca2 + 及NO为指标进行实验观察。结果 :归芪胶囊对心肌缺血—再灌注损伤家兔血清中MDA与Ca2 + 的降低及NO的升高有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :归芪胶囊通过对MDA、Ca2 + 和NO含量的影响 ,对再灌注心肌损伤有保护作用。
Objectiuv:To approach the medicine-GuiQiCapsule-protective actions to the rabbits,Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury from different angles.Method:To observe the indexes-MDA?Ca 2+?NO-from the rabbits,blood in order to prove the medicine,scurative effect.Result:The medicine-GuiQiCapsule-can obviously decrease the MDAand the Ca 2+and increase the NO to Myocar:Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury.Conclusion:The medicine-GuiQiCapsule-has very obviously protective action to Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury by the way to influence the content of the MDA,Ca 2+and NO of the blood.
