摘要：目的:观察乌梅汤加减治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的疗效。方法:选择2012年10月～2013年10月应诊的肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿47例,以乌梅汤为主方,随症加减,6d后统计疗效。结果:临床痊愈13例(27.66%),显效17例(36.17%),有效15(31.91%)例,无效2例(4.26%),总有效率为95.74%。结论:应用乌梅汤加减治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the effect of the Jaume decoction on treating mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. Methods：From October 2012 to October 2013,47 cases were chosen, the Jaume decoction was the main recipe, modification according to symptoms, 6 days later, statistics effect. Results：13 cases （27.66%） were cured, 17 cases （36.17%）, markedly effective in 15 cases （31.91%） cases, effective in 2 cases （4.26%）, the total efficiency was 95.74%. Conclusion： Jaume decoction has significant effect on treating mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.
