摘要：目的观察肺俞配迎香穴位注射曲安奈德治疗小儿变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的86例变态反应性鼻炎患儿采用曲安奈德穴位注射治疗,10d 1次,3次为1个疗程,治疗结束后评定临床疗效。结果痊愈80例,显效4例,有效2例,治愈率为93%,总有效率为100%。结论穴位注射曲安奈德治疗小儿变态反应性鼻炎疗效显著,且操作简便、安全可靠、痛苦小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of infantile allergic rhinitis treated with triamcinolone acetonide by point-injection at Feishu(BL13)and Yingxiang(LI20).Methods The 86 children with allergic rhinitis who met the diagnostic criteria were treated with acupoint injection of triamcinolone acetonide for 10 days and 3 times for one course of treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results 80 cases healed completely well,4 cases had marked effect,2 cases had effect,the curative rate was 93%,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Acupoint injection of triamcinolone acetonide is effective in treating infantile allergic rhinitis,as well as simple,safe,reliable,less painful,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
