摘要:目的探讨自我评价教学模式在护理智能模拟训练中的应用及效果。方法以本校2008级、2009级本科班238名护生为研究对象,应用智能模拟系统进行案例辨析和护理技能实操训练,实验组采用自我评价为主的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,以护生的课后考核成绩、实习后对本教学法的态度、护理工作胜任力的自我评估为评价依据。结果实验组护生成绩明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义;实验组护生对本教学法更满意,毕业后能自信地胜任护理工作。结论应用智能模拟系统进行自我评价教学模式,护生能更好地将理论与实践结合,提高其临床思维能力及护理操作技能,缩短从护生到护士的过程。
Objective To explore application and effect of self-evaluation method in intelligent simulated trainingof nursing. Methods 238 undergraduate nursing students were selected and given case discrimination and nursingskill training and practice by the intelligent simulation system. Self-evaluation method was adopted for students inthe experimental group while traditional teaching method used in the control group. Students' examination score,their attitude towards the given teaching method, self-evaluation of their own nursing competency all served as crite-ria of evaluation. Results Students in the experimental group, compared with those in the control group, scored ob-viously higher with statistical significance, were more satisfied with the given teaching method, and were better qual-ified for nursing job after graduation. Conclusion Self-evaluation teaching method by intelligent simulation systemcould help nursing students to better combine theories with practice, improve clinical thinking abilities and nursingoperating skills, and shorten process from nursing students to qualified nurses.
