摘要：膝骨性关节炎是多发于中老年人群的一种慢性骨关节病,关节疼痛和功能活动受限严重影响患者的生活质量。针灸在治疗膝骨性关节炎方面有一定优势,文章通过对气至病所法理论、临床应用等的论述,结合膝骨性关节炎的中医病因病机探讨气至病所法在膝骨性关节炎治疗中的应用,以期为提高针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效提供一定指导。
Knee osteoarthritis is a kind of chronic osteoarthropathy, which is more common in middle and old people. Joint pain and limited functional activity seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Acupuncture and moxibustion have some advantages in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.This paper discusses the theory and clinical application of Qi to disease, combined with the application of TCM etiology and pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, in order to provide some guidance for improving the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
