摘要：目的:比较超声弹性成像与二维灰阶结合多普勒超声在乳腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年3月甘肃中医药大学附属医院收治的乳腺疾病患者49例,对患者实施超声弹性成像、二维灰阶、多普勒超声检查,比较临床诊断价值。结果:49例患者中,良性病变30例,其中乳腺囊肿17例,乳腺炎性肿块11例,乳腺纤维瘤2例。恶性病变19例,其中浸润性导管癌12例,髓样癌1例,浸润性小叶癌6例。超声弹性成像诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度高于二维灰阶结合多普勒超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺疾病临床诊断中对患者开展超声弹性成像检查,相比于二维灰阶结合多普勒超声可以提高疾病诊断准确性,诊断价值高。
Objective: To compare the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography and two-dimensional gray scale combined with Doppler ultrasound in breast diseases. Methods: A total of 49 patients with breast diseases in, Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine were selected from March 2021 to March 2022. Ultrasound elastography, two-dimensional gray scale and Doppler ultrasonography were performed on the patients to compare the clinical diagnostic value. Results: Among the 49patients, 30 cases had benign lesions, including 17 cases of breast cyst, 11 cases of inflammatory breast mass and 2 cases of breast fibroma. 19 cases had malignant lesions, including 12 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma, 1 case of medullary carcinoma and 6cases of invasive lobular carcinoma. The diagnostic coincidence rate, sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound elastography were higher than those of two-dimensional gray scale combined with Doppler ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In clinical diagnosis of breast diseases, ultrasound elastography can improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and has high diagnostic value compared with two-dimensional gray scale combined with Doppler ultrasound.
