摘要：史正刚教授根据小儿的生理、病理特点,提出脾胃不足是小儿积滞发生的主要原因,临床采用消积导滞、燥湿运脾的方法治疗小儿积滞,取得满意疗效。
Professor Shi Zhenggang, according to infantile physiological and pathological feature, points out that deficient spleen （ especially pancreas } and stomach is the main cause of pediatric dyspeptic disease, and the methods of promoting digestion to eliminate stagnation and drying wetness to make spleen healthy can get satisfactory effect.
