摘要：泄泻是指排便次数增多,粪便稀薄,甚至泻出如水样的临床常见疾病。现多见于慢性肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎、肠易激综合征等。调中理肾汤为敦煌石窟秘方,有理气健脾、温中散寒的功效,方药特色鲜明,疗效确切。本文从经方溯源、证型浅析、方药组成及功用、药理研究等几个方面探讨调中理肾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型泄泻的理论特色,为今后临床治疗此类病种提供思路。
Diarrhea refers to the increasing in the number of bowel movements,the thin stools,and even water stools.It is more common in chronic enteritis,ulcerative colitis,irritable bowel syndrome and so on.The Tiaozhong Lishen decoction(调中理肾汤)is the secret prescription of Dunhuang Grottoes(敦煌石窟).It has the effect of Liqi Jianpi(理气健脾),Wenzhong Sanhan(温中散寒).The characteristics of prescription medicine are distinct and the curative effect is exact.This article explores the theoretical characteristics of the Tiaozhong Lishen decoction in the treatment of diarrhea of the Pishen Yangxu type from the aspects of traceability,syndrome analysis,prescription composition and function,pharmacology research,etc.,and provides ideas for clinical treatment of such diseases in the future.
