摘要:目的:确定姜黄中挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺条件。方法:以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率及包合物含油率为指标,采用正交实验优选制备挥发油β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺条件;通过薄层色谱法验证包合物结果;采用热重分析法对包合物的性质和包合效果进行检测。结果:最佳包合工艺条件为姜黄挥发油与β-环糊精比例1:6(ml/g),包合温度为30℃,包合时间15min,搅拌速度40rpm,挥发油包合率为90.0%。结论:用优选的包合工艺条件制备的包合物包合率及收得率较高。
Objective To explore the preparation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of volatile oils in pummelo poricarp.Methods Selecting the inclusion percentage and the inclusion compounds as the control index, and orthogonal test method was used to select the optimal condition of the inclusion. ; TLC method wasused to validate the inclusion process. The hot and heavy analytical method was selected to determine the character of the inclusion compound and inclusion effect. Results The optimal condition for preparation in the inclusion: the percentage of the volatile oils in β-cyclodextrin inclusion was 1 : 6 (ml/g) , the inlusion temperature and time was 30℃ for 15rain and the rate of complexation was respectively 90.0% ,the agitation rate was 40rpm. Conclusion β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound preparaed by the optimal condition has big inclusion percentage and inclusion compounds.
