摘要：目的了解我国近10年冠心病患者便秘护理的研究现状及热点。方法分别在中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学网数据库中检索冠心病患者便秘护理相关文章,检索日期设置为2013年1月1日至2022年7月1日。采用书目共现分析系统(BICOMB 2.02)生成词篇矩阵,SPSS 26.0软件生成树状图,g-CLUTO软件生成可视化山丘图。结果共纳入249篇文献,获得40个高频关键词,归纳出4个研究热点,包括:老年冠心病患者便秘的预防及前瞻性护理、冠心病便秘患者的中医护理技术及中药汤剂的临床干预、冠心病患者发生便秘的原因、冠心病便秘患者的干预模式及效果评价。结论国内冠心病患者便秘护理相关研究总体较为成熟,但研究方法单一,文章质量偏低,在今后的研究中应弥补不足,进行多维度分析,探讨出冠心病患者便秘护理的最佳方案,更好地服务临床。
Objective To investigate the research status and hotspots of constipation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease in China in recent 10 years.Methods Articles related to constipation nursing of patients with coronary heart disease were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and China Biomedical Network databases,respectively,and the retrieval dates were set from January 1,2013 to July 1,2022.Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder(BICOMB 2.02)was used to generate the word matrix,SPSS 26.0 software to generate the dendrogram,and g-CLUTO software to generate the visual hill map.Results A total of 249 documents were included,40high-frequency keywords were obtained,and four research hotspots were summarized,including:prevention and prospective nursing of constipation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology and clinical intervention of Chinese herbal decoction for patients with coronary heart disease constipation,the cause of constipation in patients with coronary heart disease,as well as the intervention mode and effect evaluation for patients with coronary heart disease constipation.Conclusion The research related to constipation nursing of patients with coronary heart disease in China is relatively mature in general,but the research method is single and the quality of the articles is low.In the future research,we should make up for our shortcomings,carry out multi-dimensional analysis,and explore the best scheme for constipation nursing of patients with coronary heart disease,so as to better serve the clinic.
