摘要：变应性鼻炎又称过敏性鼻炎,是鼻腔黏膜的变应性疾病。此病可引起多种并发症,如支气管哮喘、变应性鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎、过敏性咽喉炎、鼻息肉、嗅觉障碍等。由于有些过敏性鼻炎的刺激原因在于内分泌、精神方面,故而过敏性鼻炎患者用西医激素疗法、脱敏疗法等治疗时时常无效。中医认为变应性鼻炎的发生大体是正气不足,六淫所侵,以致外感邪气所致。中医六淫是风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火六种病邪的统称。六淫致病病机各不相同,但大多是损伤肺气,使鼻窍失养,腠理疏松。损坏脾气,使人体气机失调。损害肾阳,以致水液运化失司而致变应性鼻炎发生。六淫病证既可单独存在,又可相互兼夹,还可以在一定条件下发生转化。本篇结合外感六淫致病的特点,综合探讨变应性鼻炎的病因、病机及治疗方法,为临床治疗用药提供理论补充。
Allergic rhinitis is an allergic disease of the nasal mucosa.This disease can cause various complications,such as bronchial asthma,allergic sinusitis,secretory otitis media,allergic throat,nasal polyps,olfactory disorders,etc..Because some causes of allergic rhinitis stimulation lies in endocrine,mental aspects,so treating allergic rhinitis by Western medicine hormone therapy,desensitization therapy is often ineffective.TCM believes that the occurrence of allergic rhinitis is basically the Liuyin(六淫).TCM Liuyin refer to the six external factors which cause diseases:wind,cold,summer heat,humidity,dryness,fire collectively.The pathogenesis of the Liuyin is different,but most of them damage the lungs,make the sinuses lose nourishment,and loosen the body.Damage the temper and make the human body Qi(气)dysfunction.Damage to kidney Yang(阳),so that water transport is lost and allergic rhinitis occurs.The Liuyin diseases can exist alone,or they can be combined with each other,and they can also be transformed under certain conditions.This paper combines the characteristics of exogenous disease,and comprehensively discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of allergic rhinitis,so as to provide a theoretical supplement for the clinical treatment of medication.
