摘要:采用湿法工艺对高岭土原土进行改性,制备了黄原酸基高岭土(XK).通过FT-IF、SEM分析对其进行了表征,结果表明XK已成功合成;XK对亚甲基蓝具有很好的吸附效果,其突出的优点是处理后固液分离简便快速.通过单一因素研究得出,最佳实验条件:在25℃,p H=8.0~9.2、亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为150mg·L^(-1)、XK的用量为2.5g·L^(-1)、吸附作用时间为30min的条件下,甲基橙的去除率可达到99.65%,处理后残余甲基橙的浓度为0.5250mg·L^(-1),可达标排放.
The xanthate-kaolinite (XK) was prepared using the wet process of kaolin modified, the structure was characterized by the method of FF-IF spectra, SEM analysis. The results showed that the XK has good adsorption effect to methylene blue. Through the single factor test, the optimum experimental conditions were obtained: 25℃ ,pH = 8.0-9.2,methylene blue initial concentration of 150 mg/L,the dosage of XK is 2.5 g/L,contact time is 30 min,the removal rate of methylene blue can achieved 99.65%. The residual concentration of methylene blue is 0.5 mg/L,it can meet the national discharge standards. The xanthate-kaolin can be used as a cheap and efficient adsorbent for methylene blue, its prominent advantages are simple and fast post-processing of solid-liquid separation.
