摘要：Wnt信号通路是控制胚胎发育和参与成年动物生理过程的由Wnt基因调控的信号传导系统,此系统在多种疾病的病理进程中有重要作用。越来越多的证据表明,针灸可以通过调控Wnt信号通路中基因或蛋白的表达量,从而影响疾病的进展。通过综述近10年来针灸调控Wnt信号通路的研究资料,阐述Wnt信号通路在针灸治病过程中的调节机制,深入认识针灸防治疾病的机制机理,为今后针灸临床治疗和实验研究提供参考。
With the continuous recognition of the efficacy of acupuncture and the continuous discovery of the relationship between Wnt signal pathway and disease,more and more researchers pay attention to the relationship between acupuncture prevention and treatment of diseases and Wnt signal pathway.By consulting the relevant literature in the past 10 years,the author reviews the research progress of acupuncture regulating Wnt signal pathway in the prevention and treatment of diseases,in order to clarify the research progress in the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of diseases.After a comprehensive review of the literature,it is found that there are many studies on acupuncture intervention on the classical pathway of Wnt signal pathway,but there are few studies on other pathways,which still need to be further explored;at present,the research on acupuncture regulating Wnt signal pathway for the prevention and treatment of diseases is mostly related to liver cancer,osteopathy,Alzheimer’s disease,cerebral hemorrhage,spinal cord injury,cervical spondylosis and so on,but other dominant diseases of acupuncture and moxibustion still need to be further explored.
