摘要：目的:寻求治疗"慢性前列腺炎"的有效方法。方法:将115例"慢性前列腺炎"患者随机分为针刺"三阴穴"治疗组(针刺1组)与针刺"三阴穴"配合"阴三穴"治疗组(针刺2组)与内服前列康组(对照组)进行疗效比较。结果:针刺1组的有效率为85.0%,针刺2组的有效率为93.3%。两组分别与对照组有效率60.0%比较,经统计学处理,P<0.01;针刺1组的有效率与针刺2组的有效率比较,经统计学处理,P<0.01。二者差异均有显著意义。结论:针刺2组治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效明显优于针刺1组和对照组。
To approach to an effective therapy for chronic prostatitis. Methods: One hundred and fifteen cases of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups,treatment group 1 was treated by acupuncture at 'Sanyin points' and treatment group 2 was treated by acupuncture at 'Sanyin points' assisting 'Yinsan points' and the control group was treated by oral administration of Qianliekang, and their therapeutic effects were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 85.0% in the treatment group1 and 93.3% in the treatment group 2,effective rate was 60.0% in the control group with a significant difference between the three groups (P<0.01). Conclusion:Clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture at 'Sanyin points' assisting'Yinsan points' is obviously higher than treatment group 1 and that of oral administration of Qianliekang for chronic prostatitis.
