摘要：目的:研究内服联合外敷制剂对瘀血痹阻型膝骨关节炎(KneeOsteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机对照的研究方法,将符合纳入标准的瘀血痹阻型KOA早、中期患者随机分为中药治疗组和西医治疗对照组,分别给予消肿止痛颗粒内服联合化瘀通络蠲痹酊外敷治疗和玻璃酸钠注射液治疗各4周,以中医症候量化标准积分和WOMAC骨关节指数、VAS评分评价每组患者治疗效果。结果:经治疗后,治疗组与对照组较治疗前均可以明显减轻患者的临床症状,治疗组在改善中医症候量化标准积分、WOMAC骨关节指数、VAS评分评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内服联合外敷中药制剂能够有效缓解KOA的临床症状和体征,在连续4周的治疗期内无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective： to study the internal and joint topical preparations for congestion bizu type of knee osteoarthritis （KOA） clinical efficacy and safety. Methods： Patients who might be incorporated into the standard type of blood clot Bizu KOA early and mid patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group according to randomized controlled methods. Both group were respectively given swelling and analgesic granules and oral administration of Huayu Tongluo Juanbi tincture and sodium hyaluronate injection for 4 weeks. TCM symptom integral and WOMAC joint index, VAS score were used to evaluate the treatment effect of patients in each group. Results： After treatment, the treatment group and the control group can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms before treatment, the treatment group in improving the standard of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, WOMAC bone and joint index, VAS score evaluation is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oral and external application of traditional Chinese medicine preparation can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of KOA. There is no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment period of 4 consecutive weeks, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
