摘要:目的:优化龙葵素膏成型工艺。方法:采用乙醇-乙酸双溶剂法从马铃薯皮中提取龙葵素中主要成分α-茄碱后,使用高效液相色谱法对其进行含量测定;以黏度值和主观评价为指标综合评分,采用层次分析法-熵权法确定各评价指标的权重系数,通过单因素试验和正交试验分别考察凡士林、羊毛脂、蜂蜡的用量对龙葵素软膏品质的影响,优选最佳成型工艺参数。结果:高效液相色谱法测得马铃薯皮中α-茄碱的含量为14.81 mg·g^(-1);优选得到龙葵素膏油性基质的最佳配比为凡士林用量10 g,羊毛脂用量0.75 g,蜂蜡用量0.55 g。结论:龙葵素膏成型工艺合理可行,制得的成品均匀细腻,延展性、耐热耐寒性、稳定性均较好,可为龙葵素的开发及应用提供理论依据。
Objective:To optimize the formulation process of solanine ointment.Methods:The main componentα-solanine was extracted from potato peel using ethanol-acetic acid dual-solvent method,and its content was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Taking viscosity value and subjective evaluation as indicators,a comprehensive score was calculated,and the weight coefficients of each evaluation index were determined using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight method.Single-factor tests and orthogonal tests were conducted to investigate the effects of the amounts of vaseline,lanolin,and beeswax on the quality of solanine ointment,aiming to determine the optimal formulation parameters.Results:The HPLC results showed that the content ofα-solanine in potato peel was 14.81 mg·g^(-1).The optimal ratio of the oleaginous matrix for solanine ointment was determined as follows:vaseline 10 g,lanolin 0.75 g,and beeswax 0.55 g.Conclusion:The formulation process of solanine ointment is reasonable and feasible,producing a uniform and fine product with good spreadability,thermal/cold resistance,and stability,which provides a theoretical basis for the development and application of solanine.
