摘要:以红芪药渣为原料,利用白腐菌(Phanerochaete chrysosporium)/产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)混合菌种对其进行固态发酵生产蛋白饲料。采用单因素和正交试验,研究了氮源添加量、装料量、水含量、发酵时间对发酵效果的影响,确定了红芪药渣固态发酵生产蛋白饲料的最佳工艺条件为:(NH4)2SO4添加量30 mg/g干药渣、装料量50%、水分含量2.0 g/g干药渣、发酵时间5 d、发酵温度30 ℃,在上述发酵条件下,发酵产物中真蛋白含量达19.05%,比原来提高了101.16%;粗纤维含量达19.94%,比原来降低了34.79%。利用复合菌固态发酵中药渣,可降低发酵产物中粗纤维含量,同时提高真蛋白含量,为中草药下游产品的开发和应用提供科学依据。
Using Radix hedysari residues as raw material, protein feed was produced through the solid-state fermentation by multi-strains of Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Candida utilis. The effects of ammonium sulfate addition, material loading, moisture content and fermentation time on fermentation were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimized fermentation condition was ammonium sulfate 30 mg/g dry herb residue, material loading 50%, moisture content 2.0 g/g dry herb residue, fermentation time 5 d, temperature 30 ℃. Under this condition, the pure protein content in feed was 19.05%, which was 101.06% higher than the original, and the crude fiber content was 19.94%, which was 34.79% lower than the original. Using the multi-strains by solid-state fermentation could decrease the crude fiber content and improve the pure protein content in the Chinese medicinal herb residues, the results provided a scientific basis for development and application of the downstream products of Chinese herbal medicine.
