摘要：“合病”“并病”是源于医圣张仲景六经辨证体系中的独特术语,对处理内外疾病先后的发生、发展、传变的连续性、突变性、重叠性及在指导经方临床运用方面具有重大意义。慢性肾功能衰竭是指各种原发、继发性慢性肾脏疾病导致的肾功能损害所引起的临床综合征,中医辨证病机多虚实错杂,属疑难病症。基于六经辨证中“合并病”理论,结合本病的不同层次变化,治疗时遣方常两方并进,交替服用,随证治之,在处方过程中尽可能遵循仲景原文的法度,譬如表证已实而里证未虚时务必先解表达邪,再治他经之病,特分享经验及讨论。
“Combined disease”and“simultaneous disease”are unique terms originating from the Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation system of the medical sage Zhang Zhongjing.They are of great significance in dealing with the continuity,suddenness,and overlapping nature of the occurrence and development of internal and external diseases,as well as in guiding the clinical application of classic prescriptions.Chronic renal failure is a clinical syndrome caused by renal function damage due to various primary and secondary chronic kidney diseases.In traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis is often a complex mixture of deficiency and excess,making it a difficult condition to treat.Based on the theory of“combined and simultaneous diseases”in the Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation,and in combination with the different levels of changes in this disease,the author often prescribes two formulas in parallel and alternates their use according to the symptoms,while trying to follow the principles of Zhang Zhongjing s original text as much as possible in the prescription process.For example,when the exterior syndrome is already solid and the interior syndrome is not yet deficient,it is necessary to resolve the exterior pathogen first and then treat the diseases of other meridians.The author specially shares experience and discusses this approach.
