摘要：目的了解手术室护士的核心能力现状并分析其影响因素,为护理管理者制定提升手术室护士核心能力的策略提供一定参考依据。方法选择2021年3—7月在甘肃省15所三甲医院手术室工作5年及以上的注册护士作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、核心能力量表、自我效能感量表进行调查。手术室护士各维度核心能力评分与自我效能评分的相关性采用Pearson相关性分析;采用线性回归分析影响手术室护士核心能力现状的因素。结果本调查共发放269份有效问卷,收回269份问卷,有效收回率100%。269例手术室护士核心能力总分119.63±19.65分,自我效能感评分为28.26±5.39分。通过多因素分析,年龄、工作年限、医院级别、是否发表论文、是否具有专科护士资格证是影响手术室护士核心能力的因素(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增加,手术室护士的核心能力越强,工作年限越高的护士核心能力也强,医院级别越高,护士核心能力越强,发表文章多、具有专科护士资格证护士的核心能力更强。结论手术室护士的核心能力与自我效能感均处于中等水平,上升空间大,有待进一步提高。手术室护士核心能力受多种因素影响,管理者应该根据可控因素为科室护士设置培训课程,激发护士的创造力,根据相关影响因素,制定提升手术室护士核心能力的策略。
Objective To understand the status quo of operating room nurses core competencies and to analyse the influencing factors,to provide referencs basis for nursing managers to formulate strategies to enhance the core competencies of operating room nurses.Methods Registered nurses who have been working in the operation room of 15 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Gansu Province for 5 years and above from March to July 2021 were selected as survey respondents.General information questionnaire,core competency scale,and self-efficacy scale were used for the survey.The correlation between the core competency scores and self-efficacy scores of the operating room nurses in each dimension was analysed by Pearson correlation analysis,Linear regression was used to analyse the factors affecting the current status of core competency of the operating room nurses.Results A total of 269 valid questionnaires were distributed and 269 questionnaires were returned,the valid return rate is 100%.The total core competency score of the 269 operation room nurses was 119.63±19.65 point,and the selfeffi cacy score was 28.26±5.39 point.Multifactor analysis results showed that,age,years of working experience,hospital level,whether to publish papers,and whether to have a specialist nurse qualification certificate were the factors affecting the core competence of operating theatre nurses(P<0.05),with the increase of age,the core competence of operating theatre nurses was stronger,the core competence of the nurses with higher years of working experience was stronger,the higher the level of the hospital was,the core competence of the nurses was stronger,the more articles published,and the more specialised nurses with a specialist nurse certified nurses had stronger core competencies.Conclusion The core competence and self-efficacy of nurses in the operating theatre are at a medium level,with much room for further improvement.The core competence of operating theatre nurses is affected by rarious factors,and managers should set up training courses for nurses in the department according to controllable factors,stimulate the creativity of nurses,and formulate strategies to improve the core competence of operating theatre nurses according to relevant influencing factors.
