摘要：通过检索大量的科学文献,从发酵菌种选择和分析方法两个方面对中药渣固态发酵生产蛋白饲料进行了论述。中药渣具有较高的营养和药用价值,具有广阔的应用前景。
By searching lots of related articles,this paper discussed on the feedstuff from herb-medicine residues by solidstate fermentation from two aspects,including the selection of fermentation bacteria and the analysis method.Herb-medicine residues has high nutritional and medicinal value,and has broad application prospects.
