摘要:应用微波辅助技术提取麦冬多糖,考察了微波功率、辐射时间、溶剂用量等因素对提取率的影响。以微波辅助提取麦冬多糖的提取率为指标,筛选了工艺条件。由正交实验结果表明:最佳的工艺条件为提取时间20min,微波功率800W,水与麦冬液固比为50:1,提取率为14.002%。优化后的微波辅助提取工艺与传统提取方法相比,提取时间短,提取率高。
Polysaccharides of ophiopogon japonicus was obtained by extracting with microwave - assisted technique. The extractive rate at different microwave power and time and solvent is testified. The technology of polysaccharides extraction was studied by using yield as an index by microwave - assisted technique to determine optimum extractive conditions. The optimum extraction condition of microwave - assisted technique was determined by orthogonal experiment as follows: the amount of the solvent (per 1.0 g polysaccharides) was 50 mL, extraction yield was 14. 002% , extraction time was 20 minutes, microwave - assisted power was 800 W. Compared with traditional extract method, microwave - assisted technique could improve the extraction yield and save extraction time of polysaccharides.
