摘要：强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种慢性免疫介导的关节炎,以慢性腰痛、放射学骶髂关节炎、脊柱骨质破坏过多和异常骨形成为特征,多数患者表现为HLA-B27阳性,增加了患病风险。近年来,随着人们生活环境和方式的改变,AS发病率呈上升趋势,男女比例为2~20∶1,而中药在临床治疗AS方面具有不可替代的作用。王钢主任医师总结前人经验,在此基础上结合自己多年临床经验,认为肾虚督寒是AS的重要病机之一,并以此提炼出一系列临床上行之有效的方剂。通督温肾方作为其中之一,在中医药治疗AS方面具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广与应用。
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a chronic immune-mediated arthritis characterized by chronic low back pain,radiological sacroiliac arthritis,excessive spinal bone destruction and abnormal bone formation.Most patients show positive HLA-B27,which increases the risk of disease.In recent years,with the change of people's living environment and way,the incidence of AS is on the rise,the ratio of male to female is 2-20∶1.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an irreplaceable role in the clinical treatment of AS.Chief physician Wang Gang summarized the previous experience,and on this basis,combined with his own years of clinical experience,and believed that kidney deficiency and governor vessel cold is one of the important pathogenesis of AS,and extracted a series of clinically effective prescriptions.As one of them,Tongdu Wenshen decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of AS with traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of promotion and application.
