摘要：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机对照、开放性设计,将67例抑郁症患者随机分配到两组,血府逐瘀汤联合帕罗西汀治疗组(观察组)35例,帕罗西汀组(对照组)32例,疗程8周。结果:1在治疗第8周末,观察组患者痊愈9例(25.71%),显著进步12例(34.28%),好转11例(31.42%),无变化3例(8.57%);对照组痊愈8例(25%),显著进步10例(31.2%),好转12例(37.5%),无效2例(6.25%),两组差异无统计学意义(x2=0.4615,P>0.05)。2治疗开始后的第2、4周末HAMD和HAMA评分观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.001,P<0.005,P<0.001,P<0.001),至第8周时两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
To observe clinical effects and safety of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus Paxil on depression. Methods：67 patients were randomly divided into the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus Paxil group （the observation） of 35 cases, and the Paxil group （the control） of 32 cases. Results： ①After 8 weeks of treatment, 9 patients in the observation were cured （25.71%）, 12 patients were better （34.28%）, 11 patients were better more （31.42%）, 3 patients has no change （8.57%）;in the control, 8 patients were cured, 10 patients were better, 12 patients were better more, 2 patients were invalid;the difference was not statistically significant （x2=0.4615, P〉0.05）.② HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation were lower in 2, 4 weeks of treatment （P〈0.001, P〈0.005, P〈0.001, P〈0.001）, clinical effects in two groups show no statistically significant difference in 8 weeks of treatment （P〉0.05）.
