摘要：穴位埋线疗法是传统针刺方法的创新与发展,临床应用日益广泛.穴位埋线疗法起始于上世纪60年代,大致经历了形成、发展和基本成熟3个阶段,临床操作先后出现了切埋法、割埋法、结扎埋法等手术式埋线法,缝合针、注射针、腰穿针等刺入式埋线法,埋线针埋线和特殊手法刺入式埋线等方法.总体上埋线技术的发展与埋线针具、线体的改进和创新直接相关,其发展趋势呈现简单化、微创化、不良反应减少、多功能组合化.
Acupoint catgut embedding is an innovation and development in traditional acupuncture , and its clinical application is increasingly widespread. Acupoint catgut embedding arose in the 60s of the last century and has roughly gone through three stages of formation, development and basic maturity. Surgical catgut embedding methods such as incision-embedding, cutiing-embedding and ligation-embedding, piercing catgut embedding methods with suture needles, syringe needles or lumbar puncture needles, catgut embedding with use of thread-embedding needles and piercing catgut embedding with special techniques appeared successively in the clinical operation. As a whole, the development of catgut embedding techniques is directly related to the improvement and innovation of thread-embedding needles and threads. Its development tends towards simplicity, microinvasion, reduced adverse reactions and multifunctional combination.
