摘要:目的:考察不同炮制方法对甘肃道地药材甘草中甘草苷和甘草酸含量的影响。方法:用HPLC方法梯度洗脱,色谱条件为:Kromasil C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流速0.8 m L/min,柱温28℃,流动相A为乙腈;流动相B为磷酸水(pH值3),时间为25 min。结果:25%蜜炙甘草60℃烘制60 min(烘制法)炮制的炙甘草比其他炮制方法所得到的甘草苷和甘草酸含量高,色谱图显示甘肃道地药材甘草经过炮制后峰数目减少,即甘草中成分减少。结论:用HPLC方法测定甘草中甘草苷和甘草酸的含量,操作简单可靠,重现性好,可作为甘肃道地药材甘草质量控制的有效方法。
Objective: To determinate the contents of two active components in Radix Glycyrrhizae from Gansu for controlling its quality.Methods: HPLC method was applied for quality assessment of licorice root.Column: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); flow-rate: 0.8 mI/min;column temperature: 28 ℃; mobile phase: acetonitrile (A) and H2O (acidified to pH=3 with phosphoric acid) (B) for 25 Min. Results: The contents of glycyrrhizin and liquirtin in honey-baked licorice were higher than other processed products. HPLC showed that processing could decrease the contents and the number of components in licorice root. Conclusion: HPLC can be used for content determination of Radix Glycyrrhizae from Gansu with high reliability, repeatability and simplicity.
