摘要：从全身和局部不良反应2个方面对近20年来关于糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘过程中出现的不良反应及其干预措施进行分析和概述,从而为糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的基础研究及临床合理用药提供参考。
This paper analyses and summarizes from two aspects of systemic and topical adverse reactions and intervention measures on aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoids in the treatment of bronchial asthma in recent 20 years,thus provides a reference for the basic research and rational administration in clinical practice of aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoids in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
