摘要：慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是多种心血管疾病的终末阶段,是临床常见的危重症之一,其发病机制复杂。针对不同证型,中医论治方剂众多,但其作用机制有待探究。蛋白组学在整体水平上分析蛋白质组成、结构和表达,可用以揭示疾病背后的分子机制,发现新的生物标志物,以便为CHF提供更精准、更优化的治疗,从而改善CHF患者的预后。将蛋白组学应用于中医证候蛋白差异研究,揭示中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的作用机制。本文对近年来应用蛋白质组学技术研究诊断CHF的生物标志物、中医证候分型及中药治疗方面进行总结,希望对后续研究有所帮助。
Chronic heart failure(CHF)is the end stage of many kinds of cardiovascular diseases and is one of the common critical illnesses in clinic with complex pathogenesis.There are numerous Chinese medicine prescriptions for different types of symptoms,but their mechanisms of action need to be explored.Proteomics,which analyzes protein composition,structure and expression at a holistic level,can be used to reveal the molecular mechanisms behind the disease and discover new biomarkers,so as to provide more precise and optimized treatments for CHF,thereby improving the prognosis of CHF patients.The application of proteomics to the study of protein differences in Chinese medicine evidence reveals the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.This article summarizes the application of proteomics technology in recent years to study the biomarkers for diagnosis of CHF,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)evidence-based typing,and aspects of TCM treatment in the hope that it will be helpful for subsequent studies.
