摘要：目的:探讨稳心草黄酮类化合物对肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用四氮唑蓝比色法(MTT)测定细胞增殖、双抗体夹心ABC-El i sa法测定细胞外血小板源生长因子(PDGF)含量的变化。结果:稳心草黄酮类化合物具有抑制肺动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖及下调细胞外PDGF水平的作用,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:稳心草黄酮类化合物可显著抑制肺动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖。
objective：To discuss the effect of flavonoids in metacentric grass on proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells.Methods：using MTT measured cell proliferation,using double-antibody sandwich ABC-Elisa method for the determination of extracellular platelet-derived growth factor content.Results：The flavonoids in metacentric grass can inhibit the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells and reduce the role of the extracellular PDGF levels,compared with the control group,had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The flavonoids in metacentric grasscould significantly inhibit the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells.
