摘要：目的研究消糖优(XTY)对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠的血脂水平和正常小鼠糖耐量的影响。方法以65 mg/kg剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)造成2型糖尿病大鼠模型,并加喂高糖高脂半合成高热量饲料,制成2型糖尿病及肥胖大鼠模型。观察XTY对STZ所致2型糖尿病及肥胖模型大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和正常小鼠糖耐量的影响。结果XTY能明显降低STZ所致2型糖尿病及肥胖模型大鼠TG、CHO、LDL-C的含量和正常小鼠糖耐量实验中的血糖值,升高HDL-C的含量。结论XTY对2型糖尿病及肥胖模型大鼠血脂水平及正常小鼠糖耐量有明显的改善作用。
Objective To study the effects of Xiaotangyou （XTY） on the levels of blood-lipid in experimental rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） and the glucose tolerance in normal mice. Methods The models of rats with T2DM and adiposis were made by injecting STZ（The dose was 65 mg/kg）in abdominal cavity and high caloric diet of high-carbonhydrate and fat. Then observed the effects of XTY on the levels of TG,CHO,HDL-C and LDL-C in experimental rats with T2DM and adiposis induced by STZ and the glucose tolerance in normal mice. Results XTY could obviously decrease the levels of TG, CHO and LDL-C in rats with T2DM and adiposis induced by STZ and the blood sugar in normal mice, and increase the levels of HDL-C. Conclusion XTY can significantly improve the levels of blood-lipid in experimental rats with T2DM and adiposis and the glucose tolerance in normal mice.
