摘要：目的观察加味生化汤对药物流产后患者的临床疗效。方法将100例早孕要求行药物流产的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。2组均服用米非司酮和米索前列醇进行药物流产,服药第3天肉眼见到绒毛后,治疗组服用加味生化汤5 d,对照组不服用任何中药,观察2组流产后患者的蜕膜残留情况、阴道流血量、阴道流血天数、腹痛情况及清宫率。结果治疗组总有效率为94%,对照组为76%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者阴道平均流血天数显著少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论加味生化汤可显著改善药物流产后阴道出血量多、出血时间长、腹痛、蜕膜易残留等问题,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Shenghua Decoction in treating patients after medical abortion. Methods 100 cases of early pregnancy who requested for medical abortion were randomly divi- ded into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. Two groups were intervened with mifepristone and misoprostol. As the chorion was apparent to the naked eyes on the third day, the treatment group began to take Jiawei Shenghua Decoction for 5 days,while nothing for control group. Then the decidual residue, quantity and time of postabortal colporrhagia, abdominal pain and rate of complete abortion were observed. Results The total effec- tive rates of treatment group and control group were 94% and 76% respectively, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Average time of postabortal colporrhagia in treatment group was much less than in control group,there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Jiawei Shenghua Decoction has a remarkable effect in alleviating some symptoms after medical abortion, it is worth popularizing and applying.
