摘要：通过分析脾运与肠道菌群的生理功能、病理机制,就脾运与肠道菌群的相关性进行了阐述。认为脾运失健与肠道菌群失衡均可引起消化吸收功能紊乱、免疫力减弱及咳喘等病态,而复健脾运、调整肠道菌群则又可纠正上述病态。
The correlation of intestinal flora and transformation and transportation of spleen in TCM was made a preliminary analysis based on the analysis about its physiological function and pathological mechanism to come to a conclusion that,it should be adjusted to keep balance together in physical and weakened to become unbalanced together in pathogenic. In treatment,it was demonstrated from 3 aspects,including the recovery of weak bacteria and adjustment of unbalance.The author pointed out that spleen dysfunction and intestinal flora imbalance can induce digest dysfunction,weakened immune system and cough and other morbid states. Therefore,the method of adjust and regulate the transformation and transportation of spleen as well as intestinal flora can correct these morbid states.
