摘要:自案例教学法问世一百多年以来,其已广泛应用于各个学科和领域。循证医学作为新兴学科,在迅速发展过程中,针对医学本科生的教学应用也值得探讨和研究。本文主要从案例教学法和循证医学的发展及应用,案例教学法在循证医学教学的课前、课中和课后的实施过程做了综述,并总结案例教学法在循证医学应用中的效果评价及举例说明其实施过程。
Since the advent of the case study-based learning for more than 100 years,it has been widely used in various disciplines and fields. Evidence-based medicine as a new discipline,in the rapid development process,for the medical undergraduate teaching is also worth exploring and research. From the development and application of the case study-based learning and evidence-based medicine,we mainly reviewed implementation of the case study-based learning in evidence-based medicine teaching before class,in class and after-class,and summed Up the effectiveness evaluation of the case study-based learning in evidence-based medicine applications.
