摘要：目的探讨加味黑布膏联合强脉冲光(IPL)治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的76例面部痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各38例,对照组单纯采用IPL治疗,治疗组采用加味黑布膏联合IPL治疗,治疗后对比两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后皮损积分差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗组皮损改善程度优于对照组;两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗组有效率(94.59%)高于对照组有效率(72.22%);对照组、治疗组不良反应发生率分别为13.88%和2.70%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组的不良反应均轻微,可耐受。结论加味黑布膏联合IPL治疗痤疮瘢痕具有较好的疗效,临床参考价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified heibu ointment combined with intense pulsed light（IPL）in the treatment of acne scars.Methods In the 76 cases of facial acne scar treated by our hospital,the patients randomly divided into control group and treatment group,38 cases per group. The control group was treated with IPL alone,the treatment group was treated with a combination of modified heibu ointment and IPL. After treatment,two groups of clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction were compared.Results The difference of integral of skin lesions between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.001）, the improvement of skin lesion in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.001）,the effective rate of the treatment group（94.59%）was higher than that of the control group（72.22%）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the treatment group was 13.88% and 2.70%,there was not statistically difference（P〉0.05）. Adverse reactions in both groups were mild and tolerable.Conclusion The combination of modified heibu ointment and IPL is more effective for acne scars,the clinical reference value is higher.
