摘要：师承教育的发展是培养中医卓越人才的重要途径和教育方法,在中医传承发展与教育教学及临床人才培养中发挥着关键作用。在我国健康中国建设与发展、中医药传承创新发展及“一带一路”战略大背景下,改革中医教育体制模式,不断创新与发展中医师承教育模式,多方位、立体化构筑中医卓越人才培养的平台,培养“重素质、厚文化、重传承、熟经典、重实践、多临床、重创新”的新型卓越中医药人才,推动和促进中医药事业的发展。
The development of education is an important approach to cultivate excellent talents of traditional Chinese medicine and education methods, in the development and education of Chinese teaching and clinical training, it plays a key role.
